Creamy Choco Hazelnut Milk

Ingredients: 

  • 2 c Hazelnuts
  • 2 L Water
  • 3 tbsn Happy Mushroom Blend
  • 2 tbsp Raw honey
  • Cocoa Powder to taste

 

How to make: 

Soak hazelnuts overnight. Blend them with 2 liters of water, then strain through a nut milk bag (or cheesecloth!). Mix strained nut milk in with 3 tbsp Happy Mushroom blend, 2 tbsp raw honey, and cocoa powder (if you want that chocolatey taste!). Cool in the fridge and enjoy over the next week!
