Bliss-Filled Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients: 

  • 10-15 Dates
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 2 tbsps Happy Mushroom Blend
  • Vegan Chocolate Chips

How to make: 

Blend the peanut butter and Happy Mushroom blend in a bowl. De-pit the dates and cut them in half with a knife. Spoon the peanut butter mixture in the dates sandwich style and add chocolate chips as needed.
